Pharmacological effects  and  mechanism  of  action MOA: A. officinarum has been shown to have potent anti-inflammatory activity that may be associated with ROS inhibition. ROS production can damage cells and tissues, activate oxidative stress, and stimulate inflammation. This leads to several disorders, including inflammatory, cardiovascular, and neurological diseases, which have been shown to increase significantly. Screening of A. officinarum solvent extracts shows a large number of different biological activities, including antioxidants, antibacterials, anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer, anti-proliferation, enzyme inhibition and NO inhibitory production. This proves that A. officinarum is enriched with bioactive chemical compounds. Galangine, From the flavonoid category, appears to be predominant in all parts of A. officinarum - leaves, shoots and rhizomes, and has anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and anti-cancer properties as well as inhibition of NO production and enzymes. Due to the presence of an iridoid glycoside called shanzhiside as a small glucagon molecule, this product acts as an anti-allodynia receptor agonist (allodynia in people with it has a very low pain tolerance threshold) and causes pain tolerance and pain reduction properties. Due to the presence of flavonoid galangin, which in the improvement of sars.cov.2 by binding to the most important receptor of the virus, ACE2, prevents the virus from entering the alveolar cell, as well as its analgesic properties, results in significant improvement in pain tolerance by mechanism. They have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties and thus play a key role in protecting articular cartilage. Another group of phytochemicals in this product is its glycosides, which accelerate thermodynamic properties through enzymal catalysts for forward & reverse glycoside hydrolysis reactions and thus, like thyroid hormones, play a role in regulating body temperature control and the relationship between work, energy and temperature. And the heat is controlled, which in turn causes medical

uses such as relieving colds and stomach pain and digestive problems and bloating and inflammation., this extract has

the property of suppressing chronic anti-rheumatic  and analgesic swelling activities.

On the other hand, tragacanth Astragalus gummifer, although used as an excipient in the formulation, has the

following properties: modulates the immune system and analgesia (through the adrenergic

system) and anti-inflammatory of the respiratory system..

Pharmacological  effect  of this product from  the perspective  of traditional  medicine:

The product is hot and dry in terms of temperament and will be very useful for all diseases caused by the  prevalence of cold and wet temperaments, including rheumatic pains, bloating, colic, phlegm epilepsy, etc. This delicate product is compatible with the stomach and digests food
