Pharmacological effects and mechanism of action MOA: Increasing the length of the jejunum villi and increasing the absorption of nutrients improves the feed conversion ratio even under heat stress conditions. In other words, it improves performance and increases absorption capacity by improving intestinal morphology. On the other hand, the essential oils of this product have more than 20 physiological and pharmacological effects that directly or indirectly cause weight gain. On the other hand, studies have shown that these essential oils act on the lateral nuclei of the hypothalamus as a center of nutrition and cause greed for food. Medicinal plants are rich sources of natural phytochemicals with antioxidant activity, mainly with phenolic compounds. In general, plant extracts with large amounts of phenolic compounds showed a good iron chelate activity. Therefore, this type of plant extracts can be used as a selection of chelates (substances that are able to react with toxic metals and convert them into non-toxic compounds or remove them from the composition). Alfalfa is one of the best sources of protein and is a rich source of minerals as well as vitamins. Alfalfa contains vitamins A, D, E, K, C, B1, B2, B6, B12, niacin, pantothanic acid, inocitol, biotin and folic acid. Alfalfa also contains the following minerals: phosphorus, calcium, potassium, sodium, chlorine, sulfur, magnesium, copper, manganese, iron, cobalt, boron and molybdenum. Alfalfa is well-balanced in terms of amino acids and is rich in carotenoids and xanthophylls (Vitamin B12 is a cofactor for the

enzyme methionine synthase, which is used to convert homocysteine to methionine. As a byproduct of this

reaction, methyl-THF is converted to THF. Which is converted by mediators used in the synthesis of

pyrimidine DNA bases. In B12 deficiency, homocysteine cannot be converted to methionine; Homocysteine

accumulates, and pyrimidine bases cannot form, slowing DNA synthesis and causing megaloblastic anemia.

Anemia leads to symptoms such as fatigue and paleness that are commonly seen in B12 deficient patients.

Disorder in DNA synthesis causes other rapidly proliferating cell lines, such as PMN.

Vitamin B12 deficiency is a serious disorder that, if not present Treatment can lead to severe neurological

symptoms. Alfalfa is used as a tonic when blood is

lost and when anemia.
