Pharmacological effects and mechanism of action MOA: Hemorrhoids, or hemorrhoids, are dilated veins in the anal canal that help control bowel movements. When they become swollen or inflamed, they become "diseased" or hemorrhoids. In their physiological state, they act like a cushion composed of a vascular-venous canal and connective tissue. these pads are important for optional excretion. They are 20% to 15% of the pressure of the resting anal anus. Flavonoids, terpenoids, trypsins and tannins are the most important chemical compounds known to be responsible for these forms of drug activity.  Allium ampeloprasum subsp iranicum (leek) is one of the medicinal plants that has been traditionally used in topical herbal formulations of anti-Hemorrhoid in Iran. Its most important active ingredients are flavonoids and saponins. Flavonoids have shown beneficial effects in patients with hemorrhoids in several randomized clinical trials . Its saponins have also been shown in previous studies to be steroidal, anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer. The observed beneficial effects can be explained by anti-hemorrhagic, steroidal, anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer activity in more active compounds, such as flavonoids and saponins.  D-002 is a natural compound of high molecular weight alcohols that is separated and purified from beeswax,  which contains triacanthanol among its main components . In general, experimental studies have shown the ability of D-002 to reduce inflammation through mechanisms  that include inhibition of COX and 5-LOX enzymes, reducing the harmful effects of LTB4 and antioxidants. Yellow seed seed oil Sesame plant has anti-inflammatory effect 

Pharmacological effect of this product from the perspective of traditional medicine: Hemorrhoids are often made of soda or ready-to-drink blood, and it is impossible to make hemorrhoids until the opening of the anus is open. Cleansing the body of soda sputum and liver correction is the mainstay of treatment. This product with local anti-inflammatory properties and connective tissue repair and adherence to a high fiber diet, and constipation control, is the best calm and safe treatment management.
